Confession: I’ve been super bad about eating anti-inflammatory (…again, nothing new guys) and let me tell you my complex regional pain syndrome (crps) affected limbs are swollen, red, and in pain.

To help keep me on track and because anti-inflammatory recipes are difficult to find, I’m going to start posting one recipe a month (setting the bar lower and hoping to get you recipes more timely).

Here’s to recipes with using as little spoons as possible!
